If you are an AOL user then we have found in the past that your ISP may be incorrectly marking their ip ranges as USA based and so can only advise that you use another internet connection from a different ISP to signup with, such as an internet cafe or friends internet connection, and it should then work fine.

If you are not an AOL user but are living in the UK and would still like to apply then please contact our administrator Admin, providing your current ip address, which can be done by going to http://www.whatismyip.com and noting the numbers on there, and we will see what can be done for you.
